These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbazze ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "player", "member"). These Terms apply to the use of the tbazze website, mobile version, and all related services.

"Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slot games, bonus offers, and other entertainment features available on the tbazze platform. By accessing the website or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is identified as fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized, tbazze reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the account. If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tbazze offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirement; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim bonus benefits through fraudulent means is detected, tbazze reserves the right to cancel the bonus, suspend the account, and forfeit any related winnings. Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

tbazze is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in every game. All games on our platform operate under SSL encryption in a secure environment. Results are determined impartially and no manipulation is possible.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Attempting to access or hack the game system.
• Collaborating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities in the service.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.

5.3 Technical Issues

tbazze will not be liable for any loss resulting from access to your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our own security failure.

The tbazze VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's gaming activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback benefits are calculated automatically each week and credited to the account.

tbazze reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any changes.

tbazze places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Set deposit or betting limits to keep your losses within bounds.

12.1 Suspension by tbazze

tbazze may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the wagering requirements have been met.
